How to Apply for YearTeam

1. Read the Frequently Asked Questions and about what's expected of YearTeamers
2. Review the 2009-2010 Schedule. If you see a conflict with your schedule, please talk to Todd Simonis before you make decision. What you may view as a major conflict, may not be major to us.
3. Fill out one of the two applications. The hardcopy application is for those who wish to mail in an application. The PDF Application is for those who wish to email the application.

*You MUST right click and save the PDF application to your computer and then use Acrobat Reader to fill out the application. When finished filling out your application, email it as an attachment to TSimonis@WeAreStAndrews.com.
