Theology Courses - Winter 2011

About the Theology Courses

Courses start on Tuesday, February 1 and run each Tuesday through April 5. Each course begins at 6:30 pm with a meal in the Ministry Center at St. Andrew's Church and ends at 8:30 pm.

Enrolling in SPTC

All enrollments are processed online by clicking on the registration links below. You may only enroll in one class at a time as the three classes are taught concurrently. Each class is $120 and includes all course notes, a book, and dinner each evening. Bible Track notes are provided in Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat formats. Hardcopies of course notes are not provided but learners are encouraged to print their own notes and bring them to class.

Bible Track

Bible Track will offer an introduction to the Bible, so that students can become familiar with its story, know its key themes, learn how to read it responsibly and see themselves as an ongoing part of that story. This especially has new Christians in mind, although hopefully also gives a good guide for those who have been Christians for longer, but who want to know more about the Bible. This track will offer an introduction and overview of the Bible as well as the Pentateuch, historical books, Wisdom, Prophets, the Gospels and Acts, the Epistles and Paul's Letters.
