Sports? At a Church?
Jesus talked about the Kingdom of God outdoors. He didn't head into the temple to proclaim the Kingdom, he did it on the hillsides, on the side of the road, and in the fields. Our sports ministry is for all who have a desire to worship and spread the Word of God through sports and other recreational activities. We want to take the initiative to help people move just one step closer to Christ, regardless of where they are on their journey.
Our team sports are part of the Mt Pleasant Recreation League. Currently, we field softball and volleyball teams and will add others as interest dictates.
